I've been reading that you can transfer scene files and sync timecode from 100a to 100b. Do you have to stay connected via firewire throughout a shoot to stay in sync or can you "burp" the settings once and then disconnect while still saving the settings on the 100b.
In other words, do we need a lengthy firewire cable to run between the two cams or can we just transfer and sync and then walk awat.
Also, you import the settings through the 100b correct?
