setting up my pelican for my dvx

Quick question. When plucking my foam out for my pelican, should I have the DVX "upright" when the case is lying down or when the case is standing up?

Mine is upright when the case is standing up (handle at the top) - just because its the only way it fitted in the box!

I don't think it really matters, but I'm not a expert!

the DVX should be right up when the case it lying down.

so when the pelican is lying down the dvx should be standing up? almost perpendicular?

I've always kinda wondered about this question myself, as I have mine upside down (if the case is upright). But it has been this way now for 2 years without any problems whatsoever.


I do lay the case on its side when not using it & rarely leave the case upright.
