Set-Up File Editor?

I have a program I use to tweak my settings when I shoot with a Vari. It is super handy, I just keep it on my laptop and I can tweak the settings with the GUI, load them on the SD card and voila... this is a lot easier than navigating all the menus if you have several adjustments you want to make. It also lets you edit other presets to tweak them to your needs on a particular shoot as well as create looks from scratch. This was a free utility I found somewhere... is there any plans for an HVX version? This was a Panny program FYI, not a homebrew.

The capability is certainly there, as the user files are simple text files. Don't know if anybody's doing it yet but it would seem very simple to do.
