I seem to be to daft to understand the manual (though to be frank it wouldn't hurt to get someone from Sony UK to proof read the english version):

- is there a way to adjust ISO incrementally other than the three presets without diving into the menu?

and

- whenever i switch from regular speed to high speed, the shutter value changes. when I switch back to regular to review my footage and then back to high speed, the shutter is set to a much higher default, can I fix this somehow?
