Seeing if anyone has experience with this. I see a few servo zoom threads, but not many answers.
On a DVX100 that I've been using the zoom eon the grip (side of the camera) the servo zoom stutters when it zooms in & out.
The rocker on the handle (on top) has no problems.
When I plug in a Varizoom, it zooms fine.
When the lens is in manual zoom mode, it comes in & out with ease.
To me it seems like it is a problem with the zoom rocker on the handle. Anyone know if it could be something else? Obviouslly it isn't the newest of cameras, so I don't think it is worth it to spend lots of money on repairs.
