Servicing the Fujinon Lens

Hi,
I loaned my 300 out and the DP jacked the Fujinon lens. Do you get these
serviced by Panasonic or Fujinon?

I need an electrical repair and was told by my sales rep that if Panasonic doesn't do the repair I will VOID the warranty. Here's the info she gave me:
