Servicing info on Panny site?

Can't seem to get the Panny site to take the model number for the DVX100a. I am trying to find a service center for an annual cleaning. Canon's for the XL-1 was very simple. Also, does anyone know if in Los Angeles the Cahuenga Blvd Panny building is where I would be taking it, trying to stay local and away from third-party folks.

Is this service around 100 bucks, anyone done it?
