GH2 Serious problem with 60fps footage conformed to 24fps

I shot a project in 720 60fps for slow mo, when I conform it to 24fps you can see the lights flickering and all messed up. Problem is before converting it to slow mo you cannot see this at all in 60fps.

I shot slow mo like this all the time with Canon, is this a problem with GH2?

Same thing goes for noise and banding. When 60fps is conformed to 24fps I get more noise and banding in slow motion
Please Help!!!


Finally I noticed really really bad rolling shutter with this camera compared to Canon dslr. On a 60d I could actually shoot some hand held and it be fine, on this camera it seems any slight movement and you get every very bad jello, like seriously bad....
 
What shutter speed did you use? (should be 1/125 for 180 degree).
