just got an hvx200a from b&h. It came with one stock Panasonic battery, and I also ordered two of the Series 7 batteries with charger, and the correct adapter plate for an hvx.
Stock panasonic battery works great, but I can't get either of the series 7 batts to power the camera. I've tried sliding the battery into the adapter, and then into the camera, and I've also tried sliding the adapter into the camera first, and then the battery on top. It definitely has good contact and clicks in all the way. However, when I try to turn the camera on, I get nothing.
Also, when I press the button on the battery, it tells me it's full.
Any ideas?
