Ya, but it's movie magic. DeNiro Never died (Just passed out from blood lose)  Escapes from hospital. Pacino hunts him down with a vengeance while DeNiro works on his "last great heist"

Does anyone else agree with me that if DeNiro and Pacino had traded roles in "Heat," it would have been exactly the same movie?

I've got to agree with that one. Same exact movie. In fact, watching the movie with my non-movie buff mother I had to keep reminding her which was which. ;D

Well didn´t Bobby Ewing die in Dallas? That didn`t stop him from the show.

Just make sure that the shooting of DeNiro just was a dream for Pacino and in the Sequel he finds DeNiro in the shower...
