FS7: Sensor Smudge : Defective optical Block

My 2nd FS7 has a sensor smudge on new unit. Changed lenses and cleaned sensor outer window. I say smudge cause when zoomed in you can see through the spot. s*%t happens I guess "Quality control" ?? Anyone have this with new unit?? Back to Sony repair!!

I take it the smudge is behind the protective glass? Certainly appears like a QC issue.

Yep, QC. you'd think the sensor would be the main quality control check for the unit??

Sony replaced defective sensor block. Will be hear this afternoon fingers crossed.
