I'm planning on attaching a windscreen on the built in mic on the top front of the camera and was wondering if it would get in the way of anything inside the plastic housing where the record lamp sits. I think autofocus is done through the lens and on my DVx100 you had to point the remote at this area. Perhaps it just houses the record lamp led. I don't want the fluff that sticks up form the windshield messing with anything.
