sensor issue, can't remove spec

I was shooting yesterday when I noticed 3 specs that turned out to be on the sensor. I blew it off well
then used a fine mist of pancro on a microfiber, softly dabbed the sensor. it got 2 of the specs but not the third.

I wanted to check here to see if anyone else had run into this. a web search has not turned up much.

Did you try to black balance afterwards?

Don't know how black balancing will remove a physical spec on the sensor but heres a product that I've read Sony techs use to clean sensors. I've used it and if you're patient and follow the directions it will do the job of getting stubborn specs off the sensor.
