Sensor Bricked - Please Help!

Hi,

Mid-shooting this happened:



In any 4K mode, in Ex Tele Converter mode, when punching-in digitally to check focus or even when shooting stills I get that static imageless frame.

Any help would be much appreciated. I assume the sensor bugs out when it is cropped but I don't know why.

It's dead, send for repair.
