For Sale:
Sennheiser MKH 416-T Shotgun Mic with PSC 12T to 48P adapter. This is the 12 volt T powered version. To use with 48v phantom power like the dvx, hvx, etc, you must use the adapter. If you're using a mixer with 12v phantom then you don't need the adapter. This mic works great, sounds great, but cosmetically shows some wear. One fin is slightly bent and there's a pinhole in the screen. I bought it used from a retiring sound mixer, and it was like this when I got it. It does not affect the sound at all. I've had an extensive talk with sennheiser about it, and they confirmed that the sound wouldn't be affected.
The adapter is brand new. This mic new is $1150. Adapter sells for $50.
Rycote Blimp and Windjammer Fur Cover. Blimp is in very good shape. 17" long, 4" diameter. Shows slight signs of wear. Includes 2-point suspension and pistol grip. Does not include clips and elastics (the mixer I bought it from used rubber bands instead because he claims they don't crack in extremely cold temperatures like the clips do). Clips/Elastics can be purchased from Trew Audio or others for around $10. The Fur is in very good shape but not as sleek and shiny as new fur.
