I bought a sennheiser 122 and want to get mounted EX1.ma help someone with some setting for the camera and mixer? Thanks

I assume you mean the wireless lav and pack transmitter/receiver combo:
The output level is +10dB, so you will switch the EX1's input to LINE level. Leave the rotary dials around 5-6 for the REC level and it should be just right.
The receiver appears to have a 3.5mm jack, so you'll need a cable that converts unbalanced 3.5mm plug on one end to balanced XLR at the other. There are transformer adapapters that do this, about US$10 each.

Thank you for your response,I do not know how to set a signal to a mixer, -24 or-30db? I mixez Saturday's wedding, the sound of the camera with the sound mixer,the entrance channel to 1 on the camera -41db? can someone have experience with this and help me with some advice
