Senheisser Lav Kits

I have two kits, ew100. Both have one transmitter, one receiver and one lav mic. Both work perfectly and are in excellent cosmetic condition (look new). I am offerring both for 600 dollars. I would prefer selling both sets to one person. I have a perfect rating at Ebay (Rextilleon) is my user name and have been in and out of this forum quite some time. I will accept Paypal (you pay the fee), a cashiers check, or a personal check (if you are willing to wait until it clears). I will pay for shipping (priority mail). Please PM me if you are interested.

I just purchased a new DVX100B and am interested in a wireless transmitter and system for shooting music, with a direct plug into the soundboard, and transmitted to the camera. Please let me know if this system would work, and if so, how. Also, please let me know if you would split them up bk I probably don't need two mics and two tranmitters.

Thanks

Jeff

to eljefe22,

I guess in theory you could do this if you bought the right kind of adapter for the SB to the tx. I would be concerned that it might be a little hot, but I have never tried this before so I'm not 100% sure. (there are also gain adjustments on both the tx and rx that might be able to fix that issue if it exist)

I do this all the time with mine and it works great as long as you turn it down some.

You'll need to receive a "line level" signal instead of "mic level" one. Set the input switch on your DVX near the XLR connectors to "line level". Also, turn down the level within the menus of the transmitter and receiver until the signal is within the range you desire.

Instead of having a mic attached to the transmitter, you'll need a cable with a stereo mini connector on one end and (most likely) a 1/4" phone on the other.
