Selling Slightly Damaged XH-A1 Package

Ok. I'm selling an XH-A1 that I haven't taken the best of care of (I know, bad filmmaker, bad filmmaker).

I've got the standard XH-A1 kit, minus the Canon battery that came with it (can't find it for the life of me). I've got two 9-hour Impact Batteries.

What's wrong with it.

  1. The shock mount broke off, meaning every time I screw it back in, it falls off eventually, so you can't mount a microphone on the camera until you figure out how to fix it.
  2. The AV/1 input (for standard red/yellow/white inputs) is cracked, so you have to wiggle the plug inside the actual socket to get a reception out to SD TVs. A little ghetto, but I'm glad to report that the HDMI input still works for HDTVs!
  3. The second impact battery has a crack on it. It still functions properly, but it's just cosmetically marred.
  4. The onboard mic doesn't work. You know that wiggle problem most XH-A1's have? Well I never got mine repaired and over time it wiggled right out of socket. As a filmmaker I never used the onboard so I never got it repaired.'
Everything else is fine. It still shoots fine, has perfectly clear XLR audio through the XLR inputs, and has served me through several short films, even after these developments occurred. If you're into filmmaking, this is the bargain camera for you.

Price: $2,000 or best offer. Looking to deal locally in the NYC area, but if someone within the USA wants to buy it, sure thing too. I have PayPal.

I'm selling this to get something for my girlfriend's birthday, so the sooner this can go, the better.

Highly unlikely since the XH A1 does not have an HDMI output nor does it have an input. Now if you are talking about HD SDI input well thats a different story and this would be a wicked deal for the XH G1.
