So since I've sold everything else I own (everyone who has bought something from me, its in the mail) to go back to school, and i'm still $350 short on rent. Ha...
So up for sale is my last possession (last years birthday present lol)Sanyo PLV-Z1 multimedia projector.
I used it (rather wanted to use it) to view my dvx projects and watch movies, but never set it up.
It only has 4-6 hours of use. Just trying it out and a couple movies.
It really is brand new, still in original box with original packaging, all 5 manuals, and remote.
$350
And after this I'm done!

Who is this Phil guy? And why is he so flaky? There are a few folks on here that have sent him PM and money orders. And we hear nothing back. I see that he has been a member since 2004 and has well over 1,000 posts. So what's the story on this person?

Where is my projector? Why can't you take 2 minutes out of your 'really' busy life to at least give me the courtesy of telling me you got the Money Order and that you are sending the projector that I ALREADY paid for? Yes, I am angry. Concerned that $350 of my hard earned cash is now gone, and maybe I'll never see a projector. Who are you? HUh?!

Finally got word from Phil and he states that he sent my projector to the wrong address. Hmmmm... Ok I'll give you that. At least you responded and posted what happened on the other threads. Still, what took you so long to respond to my messages?

You know, I don't live in Japan or Antartica, I live in the United States and even if you chose ground, slowest, cheapest mail rate it wouldn't take almost a month to deliver the projector. I'm just going to assume the worst, that Phil is a scammer. He doesn't bother to have any kind of open communication, probably doesn't check this thread, probably didn't even have a projector to sell - So it is probably safe to assume that he stole $350 of my hard earned money from me. You scammer. :beer: Just for the record, you did receive my Money Order on October 25, 2006. How do I know this? I got delivery confirmation. Phil, you then message me on October 30th and tell me, "hey man I just got your check and its coming your way...i'm having insane computer problems..." First you lie about when you got the Money Order then you make up some excuse and blame your computer?! What does a computer have to do with being able to get in touch with me? We do live in the modern world and most modern places in this great country has a library that lets people use their internet for FREE. You cheap bastard.

It is now November 20. Where the FU( K is my projector?! Other people have reported receiving their product. Hey for all I know, these people could be you, Phil. I even emailed you to ask what your situation is. No reply.

Where is it?! Phil?!
