It's the XLR plug that comes with the camera.

And not really looking to sell the mic separate I could use it on my DSLR when I get it, I'd rather just sell it with the camera as a bonus.

No worries. XLR plug? The Rode Videomike has a 3.5 mm plug - did you use and adapter? how was the sound. I appreciate your responce in advance... trying to choose mic kit in a maze of product. (was thinking Azden 3x or 1000 but the ode V mic is much cheaper - I steered away as I read that a stereo mic is not compatable with my dvx 100 xlr inputs - huh?). Reply if you feel you have the time. :-)

Yes I used a 3.5mm to XLR adapter it was about $4.

The sound was fine, never had an issues.
