[FS: General] Selling HMC40 + extra!!!

Hello everyone, I might be new to this forum but I've been reading this forum since the beginning of 2010 because of the HMC40.

I bought the HMC40 in January 2010, used it for two weddings and some practice shooting, total usage around 30 hours. Well, after six months of good use, now I need to part with my HMC40 because I am looking to upgrade my gear to a HMC150

I've posted a classifieds ad over on dvinfo, and it seems like this place is more appropriate since this forum target panny camera.

Here is what I am selling:
HMC40 complete package with 43mm UV protector
Raynox HD-6600 Pro 43mm 0.66x High Quality Wide Angle Converter Lens with 72mm UV protector
Panasonic 7.2 V 5400 Mah Battery
CB-105 shoulder mount
I will also throw in a Bescor MPL-12V 12 VDC On Camera Light (I bought a Comer1800)

Total retail value at least $2300.
Well, my asking price is $2K, indeed, it sounds unrealistic, well, shot me an offer!!!

I live in Bayarea, California, local buyers are welcome and shipping is free.

Why do you feel the need to upgrade to the HMC150?

In what areas do you feel the HMC40 is lacking?

How did you like the CB-105 shoulder mount? I was out 3 weeks with a similar devise I made out of plastic tubing, camera was just too heavy for the poor little thing!
