Selling HMC 40- need help

I saw a previous post about selling gear on the DVXuser site. SO I posted my camera for sale on here. Are there any other sites that would be a good place to sell? I have posted on Ebay but keep getting scammers trying to get me to ship it to Nigeria (LOL) I have put it on my local craigslist as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

For those who have not yet made it to the marketplace forum here is what I am selling:

Includes HMC40, lightly used in great physical condition, All original packaging and box.
All original items that came with camera, including battery, charger, power adapter, AV cables, etc.
XLR adapter
2 - 32gb Promaster SD cards (hold 3.25 hours per card on highest resolution settings)
Extended 5 hour VBG50 battery
Port-a-brace carry bag

Just over 100 hours of operation. In perfect working order, no problems whatsoever, I have taken excellent care of this camera and accessories. I have moved on from the video production field and would like to recoup my investment.
I am asking for $2000 OBO

These are the original prices paid for everything, and I do have original receipts. Everything was purchased new and nothing was refurbished or has been refurbished.

HMC40 and XLR adapter with tax $2353.42 (from EVS online)
VBG50 battery pack - $155 from (BH photo video)
Promaster 32 GB cards (2) - $378.00 (BH photo and local photo store)
Portabrace carry bag - $174 (EVS online)

That's $3060.42 in total cost.

I bought this in October of 2009. It's a great camera, and I never had a single issue with it. If you are interested, please email me at korry@ksmprod.com

Your asking price is wayyyyyy above market price. Used HMC40 kits can be had for $1500ish with tons of goodies included. I believe I paid $1450 for mine with 80ish hours on it, and included with it was a Beachtek XLR adapter, a 32GB SDHC card, stock panasonic battery, extended battery, and all the factory accessories (remote, lens cap, neckstrap, cables, charger etc).

I wish you luck with your sale, but I don't think you're going to get remotely close to your asking price. Used HVX200 kits go for around $2500ish... so you're "pricing yourself out". The recent price drop on new HMC40 cameras at B&H is going to knock the asking price down quite a bit for someone shopping for used gear.

I'd post examples of the best footage you've shot with it to drum up some interest. That'd help some.

I was hoping to get close to $2000 for all of it. So that's why I said OBO... I guess I will just come out and ask $2000.

If you add tax into that $1700 for it new, plus the XLR adapter, you are at $2000 right there, and that's without any memory cards, extra battery, and camera bag. I appreciate the insight!

any other places I could post to sell it?
