I have a GH1 with a Tamron 17-50 F2.8 on a Nikon G Mount. I am finding that it seems to be set to auto gain of some sort. That is, when I go outside or into brighter light the image automatically dulls down to adjust the exposure.
Whilst this is good sometimes, there are other occasions when I want to be able to achieve this manually (via the G mount apeture ring.)
I thought this was adjustable in the menu settings in movie mode under Exposure Mode, but with this lens it is greyed out. It is set to A.
Any suggestions?
