Job Requirements:
- The ability to light, direct and shoot video is required. This job requires you be a one-man band on some shoots and work with crews on others – dictated by the client's budget. Projects will range from :15 broadcast spots to long form corporate videos.
- Motion graphics are a big part of the job. Graphic styles range from clean and simple logo builds to flashy, bright, retail style graphics. After Effects knowledge required. 3D not required but would be considered a big plus.
- You must be familiar with all aspects of delivery, from Beta/DVD/DVCPro tape to digital delivery via FTP and/or email.
- Proficiency with Avid Media Composer, After Effects, Photoshop, DVD authoring (AvidDVD or Adobe Encore) and compression techniques (using Adobe Media Encoder or Sorenson Squeeze) are required.
- You must be highly creative but able to handle changes to your work. We strive to produce the most creative, best work possible but must balance our creativity with client requests/demands.
- The ability to diagnose and fix software/hardware issues in a PC based environment is not required but candidates with these skills are preferred.
- Copywriting skills are not required but would be considered a plus.
- Web design skills not required but would be considered a plus.
