We are Techinc Productions, a production company based out of Charlotte, NC.
We work mostly on music videos, independent films, promotional videos for churches and organizations, and commercials.
Our work flow is increasing and we are looking to add new camera operators/cinematographers and/or editors to our team. We prefer to have camera operators that have editing experience and that can handle editing a project on their own. From experience, we feel the best camera operators are ones who can edit, because they edit in their mind as they shoot and they deliver better products.
Depending on our schedules, we might bring you on just to shoot a project, possibly to shoot and to edit, or sometimes just to edit footage that has already been shot.
A camera operator must own a DVX or an HVX. All of our projects are shot in 24pa. We would like for editors to own Sony Vegas, but this is not required.
We will bring you onto some of our projects as a Behind The Scenes camera operator and let you edit the footage so that we can see what you can do on your own. If we feel you work well with the team, we will bring you on as a part time camera operator and or editor, and pay you based upon your skill level. The more you can match our style of shooting and editing, the more you will get paid. Our clients know us for our style and image, and we need new operators to be able to seamlessly meet that standard.
Please email us your reels or examples of your work. We do not care to see resumes, so don't worry about sending them. Through further communication we can discuss pay rates and schedules. Our work comes in randomly and we usually book a project at least a week in advance, but we occasionally have last minute projects come up. Please contact us at info@techincproductions.com if you are interested.
The quicker you can respond, the quicker you can get work. We have some projects that we will turn down by the end of the week because we just do not have time for them. We have a film project coming up this saturday that would be perfect for one to jump on board and shoot BTS for us.
Thanks!
