SEEING GREEN - A short piece shot with anamorphic lens Sankor 16c + Helios 44-2

hey guys, this is a short piece i shot with my girlfriend yesterday :)

its the first time testing helios44 + sankor 16c combo. very hard to
handle especially handheld.. but worth the effort;)

also first edit with premiere pro 5.5.

Part of the look is the Helios 'taking' lens.

I was about to suggest in the Hillsgreen thread that you look at these older lenses - they're cheap and have a lot of character (plus they're quite fast too). the Helios 44-2 58mm in particular.

If you want closer views using this lens and a front anamorphic attachment like the Sankor, you could try diopters.

Beautiful lens.. when used as stand alone lens it produces very low contrast pictures.. don't really like it, but in combination with the Sankor 16c its really beautiful..

I've tried many diopters but they all were way too strong, maybe some suggestions?
