See you in a week!

Off to location! Out in the Southern Mojave Desert......staying in a motel, no laptop.....no wifi.......more than likely no cell phone. Military film.

Wish me luck, and I will kiss a rattlesnake on the head for you.

Have fun man. Send me a rattlesnake molted skin if you find one.

//edit: Barring the above, a tortoise shell? Wing of bat? Dehydrated coyote poop? Sand? Anything?
I need a few more conversational pieces im my room to set it off. I like having things with a story behind them. :)

Okay.....I'm back! I wasn't in Charli's AO. I was at a fairly secure facility for 3 days (and got a job offer from the facility........hmmmmmm) Then on governemnt range-land for 1 day....then another location for a day.

And had a stunt go wrong......and I ended up with a slight concussion, a fractured rib, and a nasty scalp lac. My fault, due to not testing the indigenious footwear I was issued for the scene (yeah....I acted in the film as a Taliban fighter......and was killed twice - a record for me! Now up to having been killed on film 14 times).

But you can't say I don't have a sense of humor....had to have this pic taken (the concussion may have had an influence in the decision to have this pic taken):

Here's a taste of the film itself and the level of talent involved:

I don't "gush" very often.....but this project had a very personal component for me. One of the characters was a US Navy Corpsman. They rocked this, after only 5-6 hours weapons training.....they look SO natural on set.

If you want to follow the progress of the film..........Look up "Soul Stealer" on the social media sites. They would love the attention and appreciation.

Hey Doc, I hope you used a condom:) Alright, that was wrong. Hope your feeling better. Keep us in the loop on when the films out.

He does look sort of dreamy eyed, like he is in love with that sheep ... :cheesy:
:cheesy:

But isn't using a "sheepskin" with a sheep sort of redundant?

Welcome back! The first line of your OP sounded sort of like a set up for a "disappearance" - "If you never hear from me again ...." I’m glad you had fun. Sounds a bit too rough for me! Kids these days ….

(Sorry about the text. For some reason, my "carriage return"/new line does not work - but only at DVX? Weird. Had to edit this in Word.)

Cheers!
Michael

Watch out with that sheep doc. They may look aluring under all that wool, but I think that's how the clap first got into the human population.

The others were seasoned actors....this is a pic of the hack actor who played 2 different terrorists....... SAG should prevent him from acting, he is that bad at it, and should have been a "Must Join" a year ago (maybe because I AM that bad....they are not worried). And yes, terrorists can have their fingers on the trigger.

What evah! We do what we want, we don't care.

LOL, co-incidence?

Just got hit up to support another film involving Afghanistan. Love it. Hopefully this time, I don't break a rib doing stunts. Or at least if I do....it will be on the opposite side to balance stuff out.

Matter of fact....on this one.....NO STUNTS from me. Still need to heal.
