Win7, PPro cs6, three way color corrector. Is there any way to turn off or reset only the secondary color correction? Without wiping out the primary color correction in the process?

Premiere Pro does not provide any way to reset only the Secondary Color Corrections settings. We have a feature request on the books to make it possible to reset each and every setting for all effects and transitions. As always, I can make no promises as to when that might be implemented, but I've taken the liberty of adding a vote on your behalf.
If it's practical in your workflow, you could start by adjusting Shadows, Midtones, and Highlights (and any other properties that you like), then save a custom preset before adjusting Secondary CC settings. That way you can conveniently revert to the settings you saved.
