GH4 SDI out of Shogun

Will the Shogun output 1080 from it's SDI out when receiving a 4K signal input from the GH4's HDMI output?
 
Just recieved this from Atomos: "I can confirm that you can output the signal from HDMI or SDI from the reverse input. There are some limitations which I won't go into, however loop out will work."
