VaricamLT: SDI out 2 quit working.

Today I had an issue with the EVF (Gratical eye). During a shoot, the EVF was freezing and then I swapped out the SDI cable and the Odyssey 7Q's cable. After reconnecting the SDI out 2 no longer worked with any of my monitors.

The weird thing is, this also happened on a shoot with another Varicam LT with completely different support gear.

Has anyone had this issue?

I have my Gratical Eye connected to the EVF SDI-output and sometimes it "freezes" or goes to "sleep mode" for unknown reasons while I'm using it. I should contact Zacuto about this, but I just haven't done it yet. I haven't tried using it with the other SDI outputs though.
 
The first Varicam LT that had the SDI2 go out was using the Varicam EVF. As soon as things lighten up, I'll be sending the latest one into panasonic for repair.

With the Gratical Eye "Freezing", that is a problem with the Gratical Eye itself. I used to have it and it did that all the time. So I returned it. Right now I connect a SmallHD monitor to the same SDI output on the LT with no problems at all.
