SDI no camera infos in the evf and HDMI camera infos

hello,

does somebody know if it is possible to record to an external recorder via SDI and have no camera infos output to the SDI so i can record a clean signal,
but at the same time i want to use an external viewfinder via HDMI with all the camera infos and see them in the evf .

or is there a way to pass trough either the HMDI or SDI signal one time with, and one time without the camera infos.

how are you all doing that if you use an external recorder and an external evf.
