Looking for the cheapest way to use my SDI Bnc out from the camera to the cheapest SDI video in Monitor. What monitor should i be looking at?

Cheap is good but dont expect tp rely on it for indications of exposure and color. If its only for framing purposes cheap is good.
I am facing the same desire for a monitor for my EX3 and high end Glidecam (V-25), but I need to rely on as an engineering monitor with accurate representation of HD video. Unfortuately havnt found a cheap one with hd_sdi.

You might consider a monitor that works with HDMI, since EX1r supports that. There are lots more HDMI monitors and they will likely be cheaper than ones with SDI inputs.
You don't say what you are using the monitor for. Client preview? Color correction? Framing? That will have a big impact on how 'cheap' a monitor you can use.
