SD302 HOOKUP with DR680 help

I have a 1/4" adapter that can plug into the dr680 HP output and split the signal to the camera and the 302

Okay, the boom goes out the 302 L-Line panned center into input one of the 680 set to line . That will leave 5 open inputs on the dr680. How should I set g3's up with the dr680. I have the AF output to max and I activated the limiter on the 680. Should I set the mic sensitivity so that the AF peak light doesnt trigger ?

When using a G2/3 EK100 portable receiver into a 680 line level input (nominal +4dBu), the receiver's AF output menu is set to maximum. (+12dB as I recall) The 680's line gain is usually set to unity, or close thereto. (12:00 o'clock) The transmitter's mic sensitivity must be adjusted optimally as well. (which depends on the acoustical SPL of the source)
