SD to 720P Uprez

I know its not a DVX question but it has to do with SD video.
How would SD material shoot on the SDX900 look if I uprezed it to 720P and went to Film (35mm)... Or would it not be worth the hassel.... If not I'll keep with the Varicam for my movie but I'm trying to cut production cost.

Try the Instant HD Demo at www.redgiantsoftware.com. I have uprezed 40 min of SD DVX stuff to go into footage shot with the Varicam and it looks suprisingly good. When weaved into the Varicam stuff like B roll its hard to notice especially with good lighting/exposure.

A full film blow up I have not done yet.
