SD cards cracking

Has anyone experienced SD cards cracking after being in the HMC150's card slot?

My cards are all cracking near the edge where the contacts are. I'm beginning to suspect that it is the camera and not my laptop or PC's card reader since it's only the cards that I use in the cam that are cracking.

Other SD cards that I use for photo's etc., are perfectly fine.

What brand are they?

I've had two cards crack on me, each in different places. Fortunately, I have had no data loss. Both cards were manufactured by Delkin. The first card cracked right around the write-protect switch and the switch fell out. The second one cracked at the top left corner, just above the write protect switch. Now the camera won't read the card.

The first one was replaced under warranty. Delkin was reluctant to replace it because they had never seen it happen before (and therefore was due to my negligence). I have not yet attempted warranty replacement on the second card, but will probably do it soon.

An adata and 3 OCZ cards. All in the same place. It's the cheap plastic. I think they don't like spring loaded card readers (like laptops and cameras).

I understand the sandisk extreme series and the ATP industrial (and promax) series are all resin encapsulated. Trying to find the best bang for the buck out of the reliable RUGGED cards.

Anyone know what cards/models are classed as industrial (waterproof, shockproof etc)? Also are the panasonic gold series durable?
