SD card not recognized

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to update my firmware today with no success. I keep getting a message on the HVX-200 screen stating... SD Format NG No Card. I have tried two different SD cards and both gave the same result. I have emailed panasonic also, I hope it is some user error.

Thank you for the reply. I did try to format the card in the camera but it keeps giving me a message SD Format NG No Card. The card is a 2GB SD card just as recommended by Panasonic. I have a terrible feeling it is now not just operator error. Thank you again for the reply.
