Hi, I´m going to buy a 64GB SD card for recording AVCIntra50, LongG50 and LongG25 with the PX270.

Any advice?

Brand? Minimum specifications?

Thank you very much.

I posted in your other thread with the SD card I use. But I agree, microP2 should be the first choice. Some of the newer SD cards would not format in the camera. The Sony's are SDXC and work well.

Ok, thank you.

I already have one 64GB and another 32GB P2 cards, and I´m going to purchase a 64GB Micro P2 card for sure.

But I want too a cheap SD card for low profile jobs. This way I can even deliver the card directly to the client or send by mail without risking a lot.

I saw the one you recomended me Bassman. That one is 40MB/s (max. 40 min. 10). This is enough speed to be sure about the recording? Maybe 60MB/s or 90MB/s are more secure or these ones are just an overkill for this pourpose??

50mbps is roughly equal to 5 MB/s So a 40MB/s card has plenty of headroom.

Don't forget about the proxy recording feature as a quick way to deliver footage. The 6mbps setting makes a nice 720p file and can be recorded on a separate SD card at the same time.
