Hi guys,
I was out yesterday shooting some stuff on my 550D, looked at it back on the camera, went to sleep. Woke up today and it says 'no image' on the camera!
I put the SD card in a reader and all the files are garbage. Here is a screenshot of it:

Luckily none of the footage is important but I'm scared of this happening on a paid shoot!
1. Anyone know why this happens? (The SD card was full)
2. How can I restore my files?
