Scrolling titles in AE CS3?

Is there a way to create scrolling titles in AE CS3? If I create a scrolling title in Premiere Pro CS3, will AE recognize it? What's the best way to do this?
 
I'm about to do a credit scroll and I found this thread at the Cow, scroll down towards the bottom and there's an expression that sets up your title layer to scroll in whole pixel increments, therefore avoiding that infamous "flicker" problem.
 
Scroll has an animation preset in AE in Behaviors.

You'll get a better result in AE rather than allowing PPro to render it.
 
Thanks! Lately, I've found everything looks better in After Effects! I've been cutting my stuff together in Pro, then copying and pasting into AE for transitions, titles, fx work and color correction. (I suppose I should have been doing this from the get go!)
 
Yes, that would be another option. I'd have to experiment with the length of the title with regards to the amount of text.
