Screen Grab: School Volleyball - Help Needed

I'm trying to help out a friend here, but how can we improve the scene file setting for indoor sports? The image looks a bit flat. Is it too cool, color temperature wise? Does anyone have any suggestions how I can improve on the scene file settings to make the image look better?

Detail Level -4
V Detail Level -4
Master Ped -5
A. Iris Level -2
Gamma Cinelike D
Knee Auto
Matrix Cinelike
V Detail Freq. Thin
Everything else is 0.

What John said... Auto levels in photoshop produced the below results: You could also benefit from turning your knee to low. Low knee will give you less highlight blowouts.

A little basic CC in FCP gave me this.

Fixed white balance, brought blacks down, upped white curve a hair, etc...
