Cameras

The A7S was used for all the main shots. The GH4 was used for all green screen shots (4K), where the background plates where either generated in 3DS Max (tea scene) or shot as plates on location with the A7S. The 5D3 with Magic Lantern RAW was used for the sunset shot.

Opening shots were A7S PP6 (Cine2) and Flycam DSLR Nano stabilizer, later shots were Slog2 using Pro Color Mode, handheld and tripod.

Lenses

A7S: FS700 kit lens, the SEL18200. One shot: Canon 50mm 1.4 with SpeedBooster.
GH4: Panasonic 12-35 F2.8.
5D3: 70-200 F2.8 II.

Sound

Sennheiser G3 wireless, two channels, straight into the camera with a Y-adapter. Sennheiser and Oscar Sound Tech lav mics.

Editing

2010 MacPro 2.93GHz 12-Core with 24GB RAM, SSD and 7200 RPM drives, Quadro 5000 and later a MacVidCards modded GTX770.
Due to issues with Premiere Pro CC 2014 as well as nvidia drivers, editing was moved from Windows 7x64 to OSX Mavericks and then Yosemite.
Audition CC was used for some sound editing.
Neat Video for denoising some scenes.

Music and SFX

Stockmusic.net and Native Instruments Reactor, Absynth.

This was our first narrative and was a lot more work than we expected!
