*I need to raise money for an few HMIs. I would consider a trade/partial trade.*
A little over a year ago I bought a SCHOEPS CMC6 with Mk41 cap, Cut 1, and knuckle.
I bought it from Coffey Sound in Studio City.
I used the mic about 30 times during the first 6 months but since then it has sat in the wood box. I simply have not been doing any sound other than hand-held mics and lavs. Based on what I am shooting now I don't see ever needing such a high quality mic.
I can sell the mic via co-sign but these sound shops take such a large percentage of the sale that I thought I would see if anyone on this board would be interested in it.
BTW, the mic is fine. You can tell it has been used but it has no dents or scratches on it.
I would prefer someone local to buy it so there are no transaction problems but I am open to sell to anyone.
If you are outside the LA area and you have a local friend I would be happy to drive it over and let me check out if that helps.
I paid over $2k for the kit. No I am not willing to part it out.
