For sale is my Schoeps CMC5/MK41 hyper cardioid microphone.
(I've decided I don't need 3)

The housing shows a little bit of wear when I take a photo from 5 inches away.
There is a small dent in the housing that happened a number of years ago.
It's 100% a cosmetic thing. The mic went back to the factory in germany a few years ago
just so they could give it a good once over and it came back
with a perfect bill of health.
Its in perfect shape as far as sound quality. I use it all the time in a stereo
pair with a CMC6/MK41 I have and they sound identical to the ears.
It has the "blue dot" mod to increase the output volume by 5db
so your mic pre's dont have to be turned up as much and it creates a tad less "hiss"
It's a very quiet microphone.
