Scene settings for green screen

Hey all,
I am doing some tests on our green screen right now, and was wondering what some of you have had as settings when shooting green screen. I am shooting 30P, but I was wondering if any of you had specific settings that made the footage turn out better or not. Thanks!

I'm up for settings on getting great greenscreen footage to use.

What greenscreen plugin are you using? That determines the quality.

Given that DV is 4:1:1 compressed footage, I would recommend shooting with a high shutter speed to avoid motion blur. It'll make it a lot better.

Higher shutter will make it less blurred and easier to matte but can also make it strobe and not match bg action.

So, the concenceous is to shoot at a high shutter speed. Like 1/250?

I'd probably shoot at a shutter speed around 1/75th or 1/80th of a second. Then again, I often like shooting this was anyway =). I think the idea is to just avoid any extremes.
