Are the scene files the same for both cameras? I have a one I really like for the 200 but if I use or buy a 200A, and I use the same settings, will it look the same?

Thanks David.

Is it easy to at least start with your scene profile and then make minor adjustments if the new camera doesn't exactly match?

That's how you should start, and it should be very close, but if never gets exactly the same between the two, that's not unusual.

The chipsets are different between the 200 and 200A. The 200A has a lot cleaner noise, better/more accurate color reproduction, and is a half stop more sensitive.

Setting the settings the same between them is a place to start (and manual white balance is mandatory!) but you're still going to have to adjust them. The way to do it is to point them at the same scene and plug them both into one monitor that has two inputs, and then switch back and forth repeatedly, adjusting one of the cameras until you get them well matching.
