Scene-File settings for Broadcast

I'm wondering what settings I should be mindful of when shooting for NTSC Standard Definition Broadcast. What levels should I stay away from for the following Scene File settings?

Master Pedestal
Knee
Matrix
Vertical Detail Frequency

Anything other camera settings I should be mindful of?
