Scene File Default frame rate

Hey guys, I was setting up some scene files for the first time and noticed I couldn't set the frame rate differently in each one. In the scene file menu it has the frame rate set as "DEFAULT" and I can't change it as it is in the blue colour. I can change the frame rate in the recording setup menu but am unable to set in each scene file which is one of the main reasons I want to use scene files.

If anyone can help me out on this I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance.
 
You certainly can set different frame rates in each scene file, just like you want to. But you have to first put the camera recording format into a format that supports variable frame rates. That means 720p or 720pN.
 
Thanks for that Barry, however I have say in the recording setup menu I will have it set to say 720p/60p but it still has "DEFAULT" set in the scene file menu under frame rate. Sorry if I miss read you, this is one thing I have never looked into until now. thanks again...Cooper

you should chanche operation type from videocam to filmcam it will work
