I have been experimenting with scene files a lot lately and from what I started with, I'm down to just 3-4 that I really like.
I was struggling with some of the scene files because they looked underexposed, and I was getting fairly frustrated trying to understand why.
But then when I went over the entire process very slowly, I realized I had forgotten that scene files also bring with them the shutter speed from the source file camera! However, the scene file does not change the frame rate, just the shutter speed, thus on some files, I was a stop under exposed with a faster shutter speed I hadn't noticed.
Scene files are a great time saver, but I realize now I have to be vigilant regarding all the changes they can make.
