SC 4 crashes during start up

when i try to start up premiere SC 4 it fails so start. any input on this problem?

Could be due to the letters in the name of the app being reversed?

Haha...just playin with you. Seriously, there could be an infinite number of causes. If you want some help you'll need to provide a lot more info regarding operating system, Premiere version, whether it had ever successfully launched before, under what circumstances it's doing it etc.

i have never launched it before. the start up comes up and then it closes. its premiere pro cs4.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall it?

And, not to insinuate anything, but is it a legitimate copy, or a hacked version?

uninstalling didn't work. did the up date. seen some stuff that sad it could be font did that still dose not work. and its a legitimate copy.
