saving for DVX, estimate on price?

I'm in high school and I'm saving up for a DVX, at the rate I'm saving up I think I'd have about $1,500 by the summer. Do you guys think used DVX100A's would be around that price in June '07?

2) The dvx is still one of the dominating cameras on the market. Right now a used DVX-100 (not A or B, just the number 100) is going for around 1500-1700. So it all depends on what Panny decides to do w/ the camera. If they want to push the HVX and phase out the DVX's, look for a price drop. But if they dont do it by March of April of next year, look for the same prices as you are finding now.
3) also, Panny just extended the mail-in rebate on new DVX's until March (I think) of next year, so it doesnt look like they will be price dropping anytime soon
